About

Principal Product Designer

I am a product designer with 17+ years of experience, including 6+ years leading and mentoring design teams.

I am currently a design lead at Workday. I lead design across interconnected HR products — onboarding, compensation, and the talent cycle — working across product teams to improve experiences for both employees and business leaders.

I was an early member of the design team at ChargePoint. I started when the company was 150 people and saw it scale to 1500+ people. During my time there, I led design on both consumer and enterprise products. The iOS mobile app for electric vehicle drivers that I led design on was featured by Apple as an app of the day. I led a team of 3 people to design and deliver a 0-1 enterprise web app for EV fleet owners. The app helped create a new business vertical for ChargePoint. I helped grow the design team from 3 to 7 people.

City lover. Museum fan. Cinema buff.

I enjoy traveling to cities, watching cinema, and going to museums. My favorite film is Yasujiro Ozu’s Tokyo Story. My favorite city to visit is Amsterdam. My favorite museum in the bay area is the Oakland Museum of California. I am known to take people on long walks in SF and tell them about its history.

I’ve been in the US for 17 years, and have lived in Indiana, Colorado, Michigan, and California. I’ve conducted user research in New Delhi, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, Copenhagen, Nashville, Michigan, and California. I enjoy taking pictures on my phone when I travel.
